I asked

I asked...

I asked God to take away my habit.
God said, No.
It is not for me to take away,
but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.
God said, No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary

I asked God to grant me patience.
God said, No.
Patience is a by-product of tribulations;
it isn't granted, it is learned.

I asked God to give me happiness.
God said, No.
I give you blessings;
Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No.
Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares
and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow..
God said, No.
You must grow on your own! ,
but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.

God said, No..
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all
things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He
loves me.
God said... Ahhhh, finally you have the idea

(I've googled but am not sure who to attribute this too. If you know please tell me so I can do so)

  1. I asked God to take away my habit. God said No.
It is not for me to take away,
but for you to give it up.

It's repentance, sacrifice, repentance is when you feel guilty, stop doing something that is against the Father's will.

Human sacrifice isn't when a human being kill/sacrifice another human being, that is called homicide/killing, human sacrifice is when a person of the human race gives up rejects something that is really precious to him, material things, or something that is keeping this creature away from Father's heaven.

Free will is mankind's {MALE AND FEMALE} heavenly creation right, the human race {humanity, men, women, children, people of the world do not possess free will nor voluntary choice, it was given up by Adam and Eve, taken away from the human race at the same moment of the foundation of the world.

If Father saves one single soul, then the devil is free to hold for ever and ever any soul he chooses too, not only that but, if Father the creator who is in heaven take one single soul to heaven by Father's own will, then He will be taken this soul free will and voluntary choice away from this human person.

John1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
DNA is the name of the only begotten son of God.

John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
DNA is the proof humanity is the only begotten son of God.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Whoever believes in being the only begotten son of God DNA.

John 3:18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
DNA is the name to believe in, the only begotten son of God.

    1 John 4:9
In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
DNA is the manifestation toward humanity for them to believe and to live through it.

    John 1
    The Eternal Word
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

    John’s Witness: The True Light
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

    John 3
    The New Birth
2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” 5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
