Started on the diet.

I weigh close to 300lbs - though I'm still fairly fit and healthy (since I used to be very active as a younger man).

So I'm going back on the Weight Watchers diet I used before.

  1. I'm on a Sea Food diet. I "see" food and I eat it.

    When I went to the doctor he looked at my waist and said I should diet. I replied: "OK ... what color should I dye it?"
